Wow! I just found you! Gorgeous work! I really love your generosity in sharing your beautiful patterns!

I am possibly considering using something of yours (not sure what yet -- there's so much to look at!) for a set of anniversary invitations I'm working on for my in-laws. I haven't worked with any of them yet, but I thought I'd best check with you to make sure that this would be okay with you.

This is the beginning of the invitation: http://mollyleecards.blogspot.com/2010/05/record-invitation.html

I am going to look for something that will work as a background pattern for the supplementary materials (rsvp card, etc) to kind of tie everything together.

If you would prefer that I not, it's totally okay -- I'm in the beginning exploratory stages anyway -- but if you don't mind, let me know! I'd be very happy, of course, to credit your site and link back from the blog....

Thanks again! You're an inspiration!

I love your patterns. I'm very interested in learning more about your business. (retail clothing and bedding for children). Do you have an online website? I tried to google it but couldn't find anything. I can't say this enough, but your patterns are absolutely beautiful. I can't wait to look through them all. : )

Hi Verity - your work is beautiful and very inspiring, and what a great personal project to set yourself! I'd like to ask a question about your process - do you draw your patterns first in ink, and do you use Adobe Illustrator? I do lots of b&w ink architectural illustrations for work and usually colour them in Photoshop. I've started tinkering in patterns just for fun, but haven't worked out how to convert sketches in Illustrator to make them into vectors, so I was wondering what program you use if you start off with hand-drawn drawings? Thanks!
